  1. Will the DVD play on any DVD player?
    We record our slideshow movies on DVD+R, which is compatible with 99% of all DVD players. If you have a DVD player that is  older then 5 years you might have a problem.

  2. What kind of order should I put my photos in?
    The 2 most standard orders are the event/ theme or chronological order. Sometimes it is fun to have no order at all...you never know what the next picture is going to be.

  3. How do I get started?
    Before you make an order, you will want to organize and count your photos and then choose the song(s) of your choice.

  4. How long will it take to process my order?
    For standard delivery it takes approximately 14 days processing (may be longer during the Holiday season) after we receive your order and digital/ or hard copy photos. We do offer speedy delivery for an additional cost if you need it processed sooner.

  5. What is involved in the processing of my order?
    First, you will submit exactly what you want online through our secure order form. You can also call in your order or print out an order form and mail it along with your photos. After you have done that, you will wait to receive your order confirmation and this will let you know what you need to do next, which will be the mailing out of your digital/ or hard copy photos to my company. We will then put together your DVD with songs, titles, etc. Once that is complete we will ship your completed DVD along with your originally submitted materials.

  6. What if I don't want to accept the finished DVD?
    If you are not happy with your DVD, we will redo it to your expectations at no cost. I guarantee my work! See the Return Policy on bottom of Home Page.

  7. Can I upload my digital photos to you?
    Yes. Just send us an email and we will create an online album for you to upload your photos. Once we receive your request you will be sent an email from www.myphotoalbum.com with your account and login information. It is that easy.

  8. Can you scan something other than a photograph?
    We can scan other type of paper media such as invitations, birth announcement, newspaper clippings and much more.

  9. What if I want to scan my own photos and send you the digital images?
    That is fine. Just make sure you scan your photos at a minimum of 300dpi and save to a .jpg format.

  10. I would like a copy of my scanned photos on a digital CD for me to print out at a later time, is that possible?
    Yes, I do offer this at an additional fee.

  11. What if I don't feel like sorting my photos to send?
    If you do not care as to what order your pictures will be displayed on your DVD production, then we will just set them to view in random order.

  12. Do you archive or save my digital images or DVD Production?
    No longer than a month. If you think you will want more than one copy of your DVD production - you can purchase additional DVD copies for $10.00 each.

  13. I just want my photos scanned on a CD for printing, I do not want a DVD.
    We can scan your photos and save it as JPEG images on a CD (playable only on a computer). Please email us for prices for this individual service.

  14. What size photos can you scan?
    We can scan photos of any size not exceeding 8x10

  15. If I send you original photos to be scanned for the DVD, will the photos be returned?
    Yes. I will return your original photos/ or CD (and anything else you may have sent to be included in the DVD) when I mail you your completed DVD.

  16. Can I get my DVD sooner than the standard 14 days?
    Yes. Please call in advance if you have a rush order.

  17. What if my original photos/ or digital photos get lost or damaged in the mail?
    We too would feel very uneasy about sending our irreplaceable photos through the mail. Once your photographs have reached our office, they will be handled with the utmost care. Unfortunately there are circumstances that are out of our control. The mail system is one of them. We offer advice as to how to package and send them for safe transportation. If you are very concerned, another option you have is to take your photographs to a photo lab and have them scanned and placed on a CDR disc. Please have them saved as .jpeg files.

  18. What type of shipping do you use?
    Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

  19. Do you offer a pickup/ or a delivery service?
    Yes, at an additional fee. I am located in Gilbert, AZ. Please contact me if you are in the Metropolitan Phoenix area and we can discuss the options. If you do not want to be charged an additional fee, then we can set up a time if you would prefer to drop-off/ or pick-up to save time with the mailing process.

  20. How do you package your products?
    Your DVD's and originally submitted material are shipped in a bubble wrapped envelope/ or mailing box.

  21. Is your site safe to pay online with my credit card and other personal information?
    Yes, it is safe to shop through our site. We except payments through PayPal.

  22. What are the forms of payment that you will accept?
    All payments are made through PayPal. PayPal payments will only be accepted online.

  23. What if I want to pay by check?
    Just mail the check along with your photos and your order will be processed once your check has cleared.

  24. What about Sales Tax?
    The sales tax only applies to Arizona Residents. The current rate for the City, County and State tax is a total of 7.8% that will be added to your order if you are ordering from Arizona.

  25. Will you keep my photos private?
    Of course. Nobody outside of the company will see your photos. I do not use your photos (without permission) on my website or anywhere else.

  26. Do you have certain standards of what kind of photos you can process?
    Yes, as long as they DO NOT contain animal cruelty or pornography of any kind. I can refuse and return your order with a refund if I feel the material is inappropriate.

  27. What are Titles, Captions and Credits?
    Titles are at the beginning of a group of photos. An example title: "1st Birthday". Captions are text that is added to a specific photo. An example caption: "Party Day". Credits are an ending text added to the end of your video production. An example Credit: "Dedicated to Dad on His 80th Birthday, with love, Your Children 2006"

  28. How do I specify what photos I want captions on?
    If you are sending in hard copy photos then put a small post-it on the back and write the caption you want on that photo. If you are sending digital (CD) photos then write down the picture/file name and what you want the caption to say for that particular photo

  29. How long will each photo appear on the screen?
    The average is 5-8 seconds per photo. This can very depending on the nature of the photos, the music, the transitions and if you were to select the Pan and Zoom effect.

  30. Where do you get the music for the videos?
    We purchase the song(s) legally if we do not already have it in our database. 1 song works with approximately 20 photos.

  31. How do I specify what songs I want to use on my DVD?
    You will have that option during checkout to specify which song(s) you want to use for your DVD. It is approximately 1 song per 20 photos.

  32. Can you fix any damaged or worn photos?
    We are able to correct most minor flaws such as, red-eye, blurriness, brightness, lens dust, etc.

  33. Can I Order by Mail?
    Yes. Just go to the Ordering Page and there is a link for you to open the Mail Order Form to printout, fill out and mail along with your photos and payment.
