are handmade, they are made to order, every effort will be
made to ship your items out in 7-10 business days

RETURNS: Every effort will be made to make
sure your order is everything you wanted, If there is a
problem with your order, you must notify me via
email within 48 hours of receiving it.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
(unless it is our mistake).
You must pay return postage on items being returned by you.
