You can use this stencil over and
over!
It is a 7 mil mylar it is the perfect
stencil because of its strength, flexibility and easy of cleaning. The
stencil is one stencil with two rows you stencil the first one on, let it dry
then stencil the next row. This is what it will look like!
I will need at least 2 weeks to get these cut and ready for you, depending on how many of each item you buy Some more info and hint on making these boards! You can cut the wording a part to make it go faster, one can be doing the PRINCESS wording while someone who is done with that word can be stenciling Daughter of a Heavenly King. Another thing that helps is figure the best placement on the board for the wording and mark a line on the stencil with a sharpie, where the stencil should sit on the board, like where the a line were the top of the wood should be and one for the side, so the stencil can be lined up fast. I hope that make sense. You can drill holes in each corner and add ribbon, but ribbon does cost a lot, another idea is you can drill hole and add wire to it, like the Friends welcome sign I do. http://www.brownbaggifts.com/Sign%20Shop.htm#FRIENDS%20WELCOME Wire is cheap, I buy it at the hardware store! I use blue making tape on the back of the stencil to keep it from slipping around, I know some people use sray adhesive, but I think tape works fine! Before your first attempt at stencilling, dab the brush in the paint and then dab on a piece of, to get off the excess paint, It is surprising how little paint you need and how far it goes. Keeping your brush at 90 degrees so that the bristles do not escape under the stencil bridges. Please email me with any questions! Thanks |
