When will orders be shipped?

Because all items are handmade, they are made to order, every effort will be made to ship your items out in 7-10 business days unless otherwise noted. If you need something faster, email me and we can see what we can figure out

RETURNS: Every effort will be made to make sure your order is everything you wanted, If there is a problem with your order, you must notify me via email within 48 hours of receiving it. Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless it is our mistake). You must pay return postage on items being returned by you. Refunds are made through PayPal.

Apply Vinyl Lettering

1. Make sure the wood or wall surface is clean, smooth and dry.

2. Position Your Lettering:
Using a level, or ruler determine the exact place you will lay your vinyl lettering. Position your lettering to the upper edge of the marks. Tape the vinyl lettering to keep it in position. Rub over the lettering with a credit card, library card, hand, etc.

3. Remove the Backing Paper:
Flip up the whole quote (the tape should still hold it in place) and slowly peel of backing. Make sure all the lettering adheres to the transfer tape. If it is not adhering lay the lettering back down and rub again with your credit card, library card, hand, etc. Once removed flip the transfer tape back down onto your surface.

4. Rub the Vinyl Letters/Graphics:
Rub over the vinyl lettering or graphic to securely adhere them to your surface. It is best if you work from the center and rub out (on both sides).

5. Remove the Transfer Paper:
Carefully, beginning at one side, pull back the transfer tape.

If you have a second sticker that goes over the first, repeat the same process. It will be more difficult to pull back up the sticker so be careful to position it correct and rub the lettering as you pull up the transfer tape.

HINTS:
Once the backing paper has been peeled off, DO NOT let the transfer tape touch anything but the final surface.
